• The registration process has two to three steps, starting from a color blindness test to online data entry. Hence, any cancellations made after payment are not acceptable. However, special cases, at the institution’s discretion, may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Refunds will not be granted for failure to attend classes or incomplete coursework.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AGTI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or its services.

• AGTI is not liable for discrepancies that may arise if the gemstone is altered, damaged, or modified after the analysis.
• AGTI maintains the confidentiality of client information and ensures the privacy of gemstone data, the data we give out will be upon request of a third party inquiring of the gemstone, and if applicable about the person who recived the service.
• Any disputes concerning gem lab services will be resolved as per the governing laws of Ethiopia.
